This is the second launch failiure while launching a satellite with military application.
ISRO is filled with DEI hire SC/STs. It's more of a jobs program rather than an efficient low cost space agency.
At this point a serious internal threat assessment and investigation needs to happen. There is a clear pattern and our strategic space assets are being sabotaged.
It is a possibility. There could have been a digital/electronic aspect as well. Cyberspace countermeasures, IW, and digital infrastructure. If you do not invest in these and promote their development, all I can say is that you're being myopic and negligent.

Most are GC ppl reserved hires are a minority in the place they literally release data on the background of their scientists, you can take a look by searching it up. If reservation ppl were running the show then the NISAR launch and the launch before this should have failed. But now we are seeing only military missions failing!!!! Something is fishy and I am certain now that someone in ISRO is compromised.
ISRO has put its Best Resources on VANITY PROJECTS like
Gagan yaan , Chandrayaan ,Mars project etc
And why do they want to Cram so many satellites in One Rocket , for the Sake of creating Records
Earlier PSLV worked flawlessly, some so called modifications have been made which are not working
Till we are able to Rectify the faults in this New Generation PSLV
We need to launch the Important Satellites from Ariane Space
Gagan yaan , Chandrayaan ,Mars project etc
And why do they want to Cram so many satellites in One Rocket , for the Sake of creating Records

Their Failure Analysis Committees will take time to come to conclusions and implement solutions
Here we have CHINA telling PAF which plane of IAF has taken off from which Airbase and its likely target
Gaganyaan and Chandrayaan will NOT be useful in a War
Ariane Space has launched Many Satellites for India , as recently as in 2024 , and beginning from 1981
