To be honest , it doesn't look like VSHORAD . May be a different/ new system. I maybe wrong , just my assumptions.
Couldn't be anything else though, there is no similar system and only VSHORAD would need such launcher for warships

IDeX projects have assured order value if successful. JSR has over 300+ cr assured order from IAF if their jet powered REK is successful. Prototype development also is funded albeit very low amount.
