This could be because of multiple factors from our system being not that advance to how Arihant SSBN were designed for a 3 packed K-15 Silo with separate ejection system for each missile but working together for K-4 with reduced performance from necessary depth.

It doesn't matter that it's Israeli when refering Indian sources. Not all Israeli sources are authoritative or professional. The same outlet quoted ID-RW as a source for some other acquisitions before. If anything, Israeli companies are more secretive than buyers.
Which ejection system launches multiple in one go? I do not know hence asking. If it is out there then the mechanism is very sophisticated, certainly ours is not on par there yet. We launch with single canister based system that can be easily swapped for installation & replacement and can keep long storage life inside the silo tube. This launch mechanism also has to cater for only a single launch one at a time and not need replacement.
Another thing, the report of new sub trial said 4 missiles in each silo, we are yet to see proof of such a 4 together adapter mechanism. But if it turns out to be true then the Arihant class design is quite strong (for a tactical deterrent role). The single canister based launch is ideal for heavy large dia article, you can not multipack those anyway.
I am amazed at the mathematical and physics calculation required and coding that would be required to calculate the required thrust at that speed to maneuver the missile. Real time calculation with very low degree of error acceptance.
