It's funny how western countries feel they are the only ones entitled to Start a new mode of warfare and a new way of killing humanity, but when others follow Suite, its a bad thing and others, non whites shouldn't.
We are right now witnessing fight for supremacy between China and western world and it will get uglier by the day. First shot fired by China with Corona bio warfare what comes next we don't know. But one thing is sure USSR was defeated by Western world with economic warfare but it won't work on China. So any response from Western world and counter response from China will definitely be dangerous for humanity.

Its only funny if you if live in a ideal world, in real world power matters and the powerful will preach to the powerless. Even we will do the same thing if at all we had the......

I was talking in general. As these western countries do criticise other for doing similar things like what Soviets used to do or China is doing.
Its called frustration but takes the form of criticism. It says more about themselves than the country it is directed at.
Obviously they cannot say we are frustrated that you have done some thing we dont want/like to happen. Then let us try to bully you through criticism thats the only option we are left with.

How much different this excercise was than our own indspaceex 2019.
I can’t find more infos about IndSpaceEx2019 than Sputnik writes about it…

About the French AsterX2021, here are some infos:

Space Command kicks off its first 'space' exercise
(March 9 2021)

For the moment, the Space Command [CDE], created in 2019, has not yet completed its ramp-up, as its future operational centre, which is to bring together the Military Satellite Observation Centre [CMOS] and the Operational Centre for the Military Surveillance of Space Objects [COSMOS] in Toulouse, is to be inaugurated by 2025. However, this does not prevent it from carrying out its first exercise, called ASTERX, in reference to the first French satellite to be placed in orbit, in November 1965.

Better still: this military space exercise is the first of its kind not only in France but also in Europe. This was emphasised by General Michel Friedling, the head of the CDE, during a telephone conference with the press.

Obviously, even if it can rely on unique means in Europe in the field of space, such as the GRAVES system [a surveillance radar for LEO objects], the CDE's capacities are insufficient in view of the evolution of practices in orbit, with more and more "unfriendly" acts and the development of anti-satellite weapons.

Therefore, as General Friedling explained, the ASTERX exercise is first and foremost a "stress test of our systems" in order to evaluate precisely the future capability needs and thus accompany the CDE's rise to power. Its scenario is based on a crisis between a state with space capabilities and another that has a military assistance agreement with France, with a "series of events creating crisis situations or threats against our space assets.

These "events" are, for example, the "risky re-entry" into the atmosphere of a space object that will have to be tracked to warn the population if necessary, or "the approach to one of our strategic satellites"
, General Friedling detailed.

It should be noted that American and German forces are participating in this exercise, via the US Space Command and the GSSAC [German space situational awareness centre].

In the future, the CDE's resources will be considerably strengthened with the implementation of the ARES [Action and Resilience in Space] major effect programme, which is supposed to cover all surveillance and action capabilities in space.

A successor to the GRAVES system is due to come into service in 2023 and the SATAM trajectory radars are to be upgraded. As space generates a very large amount of data, collecting and processing it requires the use of artificial intelligence and big data. A first contract has already been awarded to Safran Data Systems for this purpose. In addition, satellites will have to be equipped with surveillance cameras and even self-defence systems.

Finally, in 2023, a space action demonstrator called Yoda is planned to be placed in orbit. It will consist of two 10-20 kg nano-satellites and will test operations in geostationary orbit, which will be limited to threat detection and identification and, if necessary, protection. Depending on the results, a much larger [100 kg] patrol satellite will be launched by 2030.

A last one, as reported by this blog(ger), during the 2019 Paris Air-Show:

… The French MoD had an exhibit illustrating what space operations could be like in a few years: in their scenario, a foreign country declared a space exclusion zone in the GEO belt. It then sent a satellite very close to a French comsat that was in this zone (1). The comsat was escorted by a notional “bodyguard” small satellite, tasked with observing the space around it and taking pictures of any interference attempts (2).

(1) This is what happened in 2017, during the Loutch-Olymp vs. Athena Fidus satellites “incident”, over the IOR.
The latter is a French-Italian military COMSAT, GEO over the Indian Ocean, while the first is a Russian COMINT sat. It was detected by the French network of telescopes «Geotracker» (ArianeGroup). The French MoD then declared: «Trying to eavesdrop on your neighbours is not only unfriendly. It is an act of espionage. We have taken the necessary measures. We are watching him carefully (Florence Parly)».

(2) “YODA”, a demonstrator for such an observer-escorter nano sat. will be launch in 2024, for full operational functions, including «Active Defense», c.2030.

… No doubt this scenario has been played/simulated during AsterX2021.
