Foreign intelligence's activities in India discussion thread

So u are saying u carried out espionage activities in India on a medical/tourist visa?? Which was this restricted zone btw???
Obviously a low level target. And no I wasn't on medical or tourist visa. I had no visa. Pretty easy to enter India in that way too.

I didn't read the thread but going by the thread heading and own experience, espionage us easy in India.
At least on one occasion I got entry into a restricted zone in Mumbai by paying a crate of beer to the security guard. It doesn't cost much to buy off favour from Indian security staff
How do you explain the PTM, MQM, Jiye Sind movement, the Sarmachars & your and our favourite the TTP?

Ohhh ISI spies boast of spying on open forums , be careful next time, underground torture houses are quite busy these days.
Also how do u explain Kayani and his farmhouse in Australia?? Even COAS is Bikaus in Pakistan.

And you happened to carry a crate of beer on person. Interesting. Were you there on a supply mission to get Indian groceries for your store?

Not ISI , naval intelligence.
In those days there were no spy satellites and no internet. So standards of espionage were different from today.
My job was to take pictures of Indian navy ships and send to Pakistan.
That's something you can abundantly find on the internet now , hence not something to brag about anymore , so the comments on open forum 😄

So, maamu, do we get to see on the long March to cross the LoC? I hope you don't disappoint us. I'm told you were the guy holding up the brolly for senior PTI members who were down in London for vandalising the Indian embassy earlier this month. That was your contribution to the Kashmir cause. Next time something more loftier, please.

New Delhi: In a major breakthrough, Indian intelligence agencies have busted a "call centre" being run by the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) of Pakistan in Jhelum city, 116 km from Islamabad.
The call centre, a major counter-intelligence hub of ISI, aimed at targeting the Indian Army and government officials in honey-traps, was being operated with the help of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL).

The ISI-backed call centre was using Indian SIM cards, seized by Pakistan customs from Indian travelers, mostly women, visiting their relatives in Pakistan. Over 100 Indian SIM cards have been traced as the Delhi Police along with the police of a few other states launched a nationwide investigation into a sensational honey-trap scandal. The Indian SIM cards of female Indian travelers were used to camouflage identities of Pakistani women operating from call centres located across the border.
Through Indian SIM cards and fake Indian IDs were created in Facebook bearing names like Sangeeta Mishra, Ayesha Roy, Nita Singh etc. Pakistani girls engaged by the call centre were especially trained in speaking fluent Hindi with a North Indian accent. With the help of ISI handlers, these girls primarily searched Indian security personnel on social media platforms and later approached them. After initial chats with the target group, the girls made video calls on Facebook and recorded them.
The girls then shifted to WhatsApp for more intimate chats. The Indian officials trapped by the ISI call centre, at the outset had an impression that they were chatting with Indian girls.
Sources in the Delhi Police revealed to IANS that the scandal was unearthed when one woman from Delhi was questioned by the sleuths. The woman in the early thirties disclosed that her SIM card and phone was seized by the Pakistan Customs during her visit to Pakistan. During further investigation, it was discovered that the same SIM card of Delhi woman, bearing a Delhi mobile number was being used at PTCL call centre run by ISI from Jhelum City.
"The woman also revealed that Indian mobile phone and SIM cards of Indian travelers were seized by Pakistani authorities who declared that no indian mobile phone or SIM card would be allowed to be used on Pakistani soil for security purposes," said an officer of the Delhi police.
Sources said initially the Military Intelligence got a whiff of the honey-trap scandal when few Indian security personnel got involved in such cases on Facebook and other social media platforms. Later when the Indian mobile numbers were tracked and owner of the SIM cards were traced in India, the agencies became aware of the ISI's notorious design to trap indian officials.
Sources said earlier this year, Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Uttar Pradesh traced 125 fake IDs of women on Facebook, which were a plant of ISI to honey-trap Indian paramilitary and Army officials. The data of fake accounts was shared by Intelligence Bureau and military agency with ATS.
The Indian agencies shared its data with other state police since BrahMos Aerospace engineer Nishant Agarwal and BSF jawan Achutyanand Mishra were honey-trapped by ISI in October last year. Sources said several other personnel of Indian security agencies were seduced by the Pakistani girls through Facebook and Whatsapp. Like ATS UP, the Delhi Police is now scanning several hundred such Facebook accounts of ISI trained girls which have Indian security personnel on their friends list.

IB busts ISI 'honey-trap' used in luring Indian personnel

Well this is nothing new and not just army officials many politicians, businessmen, and media people would be there honey trapped by ISI. This is what I have been shouting that there is a pattern but ' no everything is fine' was the attitude of members here.

The government servents are still very premitive and does not know when where and how they might get trapped. They shoud be trained from peon to officer that beaware of social media.

China, India trying to promote sympathetic candidates, say government and intelligence source

Canada's intelligence services are carefully monitoring the threat of agents of the Chinese and Indian governments working with diaspora communities here to influence the upcoming federal election, according to a number of sources who have been briefed on their activities.

Those sources — who spoke to CBC on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak on the record — also said intelligence services are monitoring efforts by Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Venezuela to influence the election campaign, while an integrated intelligence unit has been giving political parties bi-weekly briefings about foreign actors' activities in Canada.

The government and intelligence sources said one of the ways foreign countries go about pushing their agenda in Canada is by attending nomination meetings to help select candidates favourable to their causes.

KOCHI: AS the probe into the theft of hard disks from the under-construction aircraft carrier Vikrant at Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) continues, Research and Analysis Wing former chief PK Hormis Tharakan on Friday said the incident was a major security breach and all angles should be investigated.

Asked about espionage angle being looked into, he said: “A detailed probe exploring all possible angles is needed.”

Abhijit Singh, a former naval officer who heads the maritime policy initiative at Observer Research Foundation, said a board of inquiry should be constituted.

“The incident is a matter of serious concern. A major slip has occurred and action should be taken against the persons responsible,” he said adding, “only if we knew what data has been stolen, we’ll be able to ascertain whether the incident has compromised any aspect of the project.”

Cybersecurity expert and Data Security Council of India member Manu P Zacharia said all data in the stolen hard disks could be easily extracted by an expert.

MoD experts analyse data

Sources said technical specialists at the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence have been analysing the data that could be on the stolen hard drives and how it would compromise the project’s confidentiality.

“Even if it’s password-protected, experts can crack it and access all contents in the hard drive,” said Zacharia.

Sources said technical specialists have been analysing the data that could be on the stolen hard drives.

Meanwhile, the police have started perusing duty chart of the workers who were assigned with tasks on the ship between August 29 and September 12.

As per the complaint lodged by the shipyard, it was during these days that the hard disks, RAM, CPU and processor were stolen.

After accidents on India's two submarines, I was pretty sure that there are insiders in Indian Navy who are helping foreign intelligence and Indian Navy is on the hit list. Who ever is their handler, I have always been mentioning that the network of foreign intelligence MSS, ISI and others was very much big. I could not prove it but such news past so many years were pointing towards that. The subversion of the millitary assets and their analysis is the main task of them.

Serious issue. Surely its not a normal thief who breaks into an Aircraft carrier to steal hard drives and computers. This is definitely a work of Foreign intelligence agency and their collaborators in India. Shows the extent of their penetration inside India.

This is exactly I was mentioning from day one on other forum. The penetration of ISI and other foreign intelligence in India. Even Ministers are there who have been involved. Through which the handles used to get info on policy or create such policy which may lower India's GDP growth.

BC aadhi sarkar biki hui hai ISI and others kae hatho. Abhi to na janey kitney liptenge . My assumption is at least 5000 VIP or high profile personalities in India in govt. offices, businessmen, media, military and academician who have been traped.

Whole system requires clean up!

India: Five women running multi-million dirham honey-trap gang busted

An escort service masquerading as a non-governmental organisation (NGO) reportedly blackmailing political leaders and bureaucrats in India has been busted by the Madhya Pradesh police.

Under the guise of running an NGO focused on farmers and rural India, the organisation hired 18 young women and allegedly sent them to spend time with members of parliament, senior government officials and rich individuals.

Using a spy camera, the acts of intimacy would be recorded by the girls. Following that, those videos would be used to blackmail the “client”, to the tune of millions of dirhams.

As per local news reports from the state, they had even driven one former member of parliament (MP) to attempt suicide, after he was thrown out of the Congress party following a video getting released.
How was the gang caught?

It all started with a municipal engineer Harbhajan Singh, who fell for an 18-year-old Monica Yadav. He was introduced to her by Aarti Dayal, the head of the entire operation, on the pretext of helping her find a job.

It led to Yadav ending up in a hotel room with Singh, and the encounter recorded. Dayal then proceeded to blackmail Singh for an amount of over Dh2 million. Furious, he approached the local police in Indore and filed a case against Dayal, alleging blackmail. They investigated and decided to set up a sting operation.

Dayal, Yadav and their driver Om Prakash was arrested when they showed up to collect the first installment of Dh 258,000 from Singh.

Following interrogation involving the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Dayal spilt the beans on her entire operation. And the four other women helping her manage the honey-trap racket were arrested, including a former member of the ruling Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), Shweta Vijay Jain.
The honey-trap network

As per the news website www.indiatoday.in, “…the mastermind of the racket is Shweta Swapnil Jain, who built the sex-racket in 12 districts with the help of her husband Swapnil Jain. According to reports in Dainik Bhaskar and Patrika, five of the 18 women were on good terms with the top leadership of both the BJP and Congress. They were, in fact, frequent visitors of the Madhya Pradesh Secretariat, the reports claimed.”

Meanwhile Shweta Jain was staying in a rented house owned by former Madhya Pradesh state minister and BJP MLA Brijendra Pratap Singh. The minister, however, told the Press Trust of India (PTI) that he had rented the house through an agent and did not check who the tenant really was.
What now?

The gang of five were presented in court, following which they were placed in police custody for three days. No further details on the investigation are available.

in lieu of granting funds to her NGO or contracts to her companies. The process will take some more days. Once an officer or a politician is identified through forensic examination, we will get his voice sample matched with the sex chats and talks about granting favours," said the official.
SIT sources said Shweta also hired some top call girls from New Delhi to oblige IPS officers at a guest house of the MP Police in Ghaziabad. "It seems the Ghaziabad police guest house was a more secluded place for officers in MP. But we still require solid evidence to prove that the guest house was misused," a source added.

MP honeytrap case: Mastermind launched IT, realty firms with extortion money

As I said above, that minister, politicans, MP's bureaucrats every one is involved and this is just tip of an iceberg. It's very easy for the foreign intelligence to hire such groups and trap these *censored*s.

Don't know what more secrets have been compromised to the foreign intelligence by these scoundrels.
