Yup. I don't think they gonna wait to get hit and will try to preempt our strike. Again, my only point is that, we should only confirm it as terror strike only after our strike began. Confirming it as a terror incident before strike is not a smart strategy.
We must also not ignore that this attack has been 11 years in making. And certainly not for the lack of trying. This is first such terrorist attack outside J&K under amit shah.
Just as Attacks in J&K didn't register as same in Indian psyche. Our response can't either. This moment henceforth will decide the true difference in stand on terrorism of current establishment from previous. i.e. The internal racket and the "white" collar network encompassing doctors, engineers, activists needs to be attacked irrespective of political costs that is cited as reason for UPAs softness.

I find it extremely curious multiple plots to execute high profile terrorist acts in India across the nation given the seizure of such explosive material or bio agents & now this attack in the vicinity of the Red Fort has coincided with Munira's being elevated to Commander of all armed forces in Paxtan for life.
Too many coincidences . I've seen enough of life to know there are no coincidences especially in such cases.
Death toll should reach 30 at the very least based on the visuals being broadcasted if it doesn't cross that figure. That's an extremely busy part of old Delhi & it happened during peak hour.
Trying to deal with internal revolt against him in the usual jihadi way?
IF the inside revolt against him is as serious as some say.. it would fit in with the sheer desperation of sleeper cells to do terror attacks in India.
Lot of things must be happening in the grey zone right now. Don't forget US, Saudi and China either. Hotlines must already be ringing inside MEA and PMO office to make sense of what is next to come.

God i really hope that this is simply an accident that happened at a horrible time and at a horrible place. I REALLY REALLY HOPE. Because if not the ramifications for this are extreme to say the very least. Not even looking militarily there might be serial bombings like in the 2000s.
It's an IED not some factory made munition with custom variants to have pre-fragmented warheads.
Well, there is a good chance that it's not a terror attack, especially considering the Police statement that there were people inside the car. Historically, all most all IED attacks in hinterland involve paked vehicles, like cars or bikes. Suicide attacks are very rare, especially in the hinterland.
But then again, we can only speculate. At this point, it's very dificult to say. ISKP was also trying to launch attacks in India for some time. The latest Al-Qaeda magazine was calling for lone wolf attacks that require low logistics, in Indian cities. But this one, if proven to be a terror attack, doesn't look like lone wolf attack.
It could also be a case of the explosives going off accidentally given the inexperience of the crew. Could be with the ongoing crackdown on sleeper cells, this particular crew were ordered to just go in with whatever they had & stage the explosion ASAP.

He's calculated Fauji Foundation provokes , India retaliates & a short war breaks out forcing the nation to rally behind him post which the West intervenes, some sort of truce is established, Munira gets to declare victory & in the hullabaloo all the noise surrounding his elevation to commander of all armed forces for life is forgotten .
I think we should break character by targeting him & the top brass of PA, PN & PAF in the opening stages itself.
Inaugurate Operation Sindoor 2.0 with a massive decapitation strike accompanied by a Counterforce strike on their N assets . Assuming we don't want to take the second step right now, we must absolutely go in for the first step & put Munira out of his misery.

Two eye witnesses in the 26/11 case today testified before the court.
Most of these crude bombs do have the potential of creating similar blasts; maybe today's morning incident created a panic.
The forensic team can certainly identify the type of chemicals that were involved in this blast, or maybe the local small-scale industry guys are carrying some illegal material in that car. Let's wait for the forensic team to complete their analysis.

Pahalgam was done because mullah munir wanted to become field marshall and undo the bad image of pak fouj among youthias.
Delhi blast was done because mullah munir wanted to divert attention from 27th amendment to become the country's supreme leader and gain support of people in this decision by creating another nationalist anti-India war victory propaganda who would otherwise oppose him.
Last year he was testing waters with the Reasi bus attack. I honestly hope we don't respond this time immediately.
