Explosion near Red Fort: At least 9 dead, several injured in blast

IMO retaliation must be there, East neighbor or west neighbor, that is the only language they know.
Time, Place, choice of weapons all this should be decide by our Military.

Else this will give them more confidence to carry out more attacks.

Having a surgical strike inside BD to take out ISI agents will be a good idea?

Do not touch BD, the current yunis regime isn't there for ever. It will change, if we take a military action against BD, the entire BD people will go against us.
FYI our domestic aircraft to NE are flying over BD, they can easily stop that if they want.

Information pertaining to location and route taken prior to detonation. IED made of the same explosive material found in Faridabad is suspected to have been used: AMN + Fuel oil (as per OSINT reports). As of this evening FSL has not put out any statement regarding the nature of the blast. NIA is also likely to take its own time before publishing its finding.

Now its Munir's turn - does he have the ability to put his words to action. Will Pak launch a pre-emptive strike?

Yep, the wait begins. Given our past and how bull headed Pakistanis are, India could induce a false move from them, read: pre-emptive strike on us simply by ultra-aggressive posturing. This will ensure that on records, Pak hit India first, we retaliated. Let's see how this unfolds.

Wtf. Anti national forces!!?? That's it? That's clearly backing down. Oh man! This will embolden the modules. Opposition will be out playing protest protest, muslim victim card again.

Now its Munir's turn - does he have the ability to put his words to action. Will Pak launch a pre-emptive strike?

The biggest winner in this crisis is Afghanistan - With the situation on the India border getting wonky, Pak will think before escalating with Afghans.

It looks like this operation was itself a preemptive strike by Pakistan, and they have shown their intention through this more over want to destabilize India through communal disharmony. This boldness came from their good relations with other big powers. Take it as that. The reason for passing resolution by India in cabinet is the fact that a decade old silence and peace deal between ISI and R&AW has been breached by Asim Munir when he was DG ISI and later the Chief. Pakistan has restarted it's Qurban Ali doctrine and India will have to act swiftly.
