The C-Argo profiling buoy is a new domestically produced ocean observation product. After being put into the water, it automatically completes the profile cycle of diving - fixed-depth drifting - floating CTD measurement - surface communication - diving according to preset parameters. It can work continuously in the sea. 2-3 years. Torpedoes aren't a response either
. The Chinese aren't breaking any rules if they sail in international waters, firing on them would be an act of war. India could just pump out patrol vessels and harass other ships like the Chinese do in the SCS but that will also draw ire and probably not work.My point was they're could be mapping the ocean for submarine ops.Torpedoes aren't a response either
