Can the German Model of Social Capitalism apply to Kashmir ?

Long back i used to have a debate on the very forums about how do we integrate Kashmir into a single entity ( POK into the Indian Union ) while keeping the military options aside. The main hindrance was the self-restricting and self imposed hurdles by the Indian administration which post yesterday's events stands a thing of the distant past.
Now more than ever it seems the idea can gain a lot of importance if worked out with precision.

1. Kashmir is bound by historical and ethinic bonds , the LOC and the structured brainwashing in POK by the Pakistani administration is not enough to break that bond. A parallel could be drawn to German divide aswell.

2. The plan should be integrating consensus models in work and development , better industrial relations with the employer and employee for private new setups planned. Harmonizing social causes to regional value system to enhance and uplift an entire generation of people economically would pay rich dividends in swaying public opinion across the border and paving the way for integration of the whole of J&K in the Indian Union in the near future.

This is a working model and plan which needs to be studied and implemented along-side all other options. Integration of POK into the Indian Union must be planned with time and effort.

Pakistani says:- " Bleeding by a thousand cuts " .
We plan - " Cut the Aorta why need more " .

I am well aware of the immediate concerns , but neither is this an over-night plan or a flawless structure.
From an academic point-of-view the immediate and long term goals must have synergy.

On one hand we would like to stop all misadventures of the vast number of anti-nationals and foreign missionaries in regard to the recent changes and on the other we should have a working plan on the ground for the silent majority who is looking for brighter days.

If we cannot offer a better day to the citizens the rumblings and opinions would gather storm. Human aspirations are endless it can never be met but if we have a multi-pronged approach the chances of success increases proportionally.

Lets weed out the opportunists with force.
Lets keep the diplomatic offensive on.
Lets provide the oppurtunity on the ground to the commoner at the same time.

Population is a gathering of aspirations and will it has no allegiance to any structured society , it gets swayed and bend over basedon its self interest. Population of POK will be a living example to this.

For that people also need to be sane and responsible which we do not have in our whole nation. They don't know how to stand in a queue , return tax and behave good in public and we are talking about giving Kashmiris german socialism. Lol. This is the funniest thread I have ever came across.
