I do not have the horoscope of Xi but I know that China is Capri sign, India is Taurus and Modi is scorpio. Modi has one of the strongest horoscope of anyone I have seen till date. He is very strongly Maglic as his Lagna and Rashi are Scorpio. It is for this reason that his marriage was not consummated even though he was married very early. Modi has a powerful chart that too powerful includes Mahapurusha yogas ,NBRY etc .

Moreover I took a look at his chart and it matches overall. So basically it fits.
Taking his moon chart , he was running the dasha of exalted moon conjunct with Ketu till mid 2019. This positioning of moon gives him tremendous mental capacity with stable mind and tenacity to match (Ketu).

Prior to moon he was running the dasha of Sun. Both these time periods match with his phenomenal rise. He is now running the dasha of Mars (combust) and is itching for a fight. This he is running from mid 2019 and will run till 2026. Before 2026 he will feel compelled for a showdown with 'SOMEONE'. Who that someone be is anybody's guess.

The planets that mentions in the astrology is not actually planets in the solar system.
As far as I know it is just a notation like we uses in mathematics in X,Y etc .Just represents various energies.
