Biharis and UPties do not surprise me. Here in Kerala, now a MLA of ruling party is facing contempt of court now. SC will interfere on anything if it is against the law of the land, It is not village counsel of UP. SC have the power to disqualify or issue arrest against a sitting prime minister if required let alone worrying about critism from him.
Kargil-Skardu is an old all weather route. Skardu-Gilgit is also good enough.
