"Inclusion is guarantee" and the same inclusion says the provisions are temporary. The government very clearly mentioned on the floor of the parliament about the provisions of constitution, through which they are removing these clauses from 370 and also cited past examples. The resolution was passed with more than two third majority in both houses ( 125 vs 61 in Rajya Sabha and 351 vs 72 in Los Sabha), sufficient even for constitutional amendment.
As I said earlier and you also agreed, let the courts decide the constitutional validity of this decision.

The Karachi Agreement of 1948, signed to mark the ceasefire after the first Kashmir War, has them signing the territories as having an International Boundary, with rest being CFL. Even the Simla Agreement of 1972 does not change that fact.
If they claim J&K, do we assent? No. Similarly, they can call Jammu Area as Path to 72 Virgins, how does it matter?

Long back I had written here that best course of Pakistan to come out of the financial mess and FATF is to dissolve Pakistan. West Punjab as a new state and Sindh as part of India will mean that the Pakistan nation which borrowed money will cease to exist. This means "Karza kha kay Marja". No Pakistan means no debt. They are now on death wish.
That is their solution to everything . Kill.

Wouldn't the debt just have to be assumed/divided by successor states? Anyways, I'm not a big fan of taking SIndh; it's an absolute hellhole now due to Pakistani mismanagement and who wants to add such a huge inherently hostile population (espc all those bloody Mohajirs - they were the original extreme pro-Pakistanis)?
Would be better if we swallow any small Hindu enclaves along the border; and turn the rest into a free Sindh, albeit firmly under the Indian sphere of influence/and military protection through treaties.

Not necessary. Check what happened with old Warsaw pact countries which got divided into bosnia, croatia etc. Sindh has a population of just about 4-5 crores and most of them maintain their roots with Hindus. They can be converted back to hinduism in due course.
