Well, we are not concerned about the existence and territorial integrity of Pakistan. That is their own affair. For us, the objective is reintegration of our territories in due course. That is their problem - if our process leads to their 'discomfort'.

You don't know anything jenab. This is real leadership. 65 was "tactical retreat", 71 was "tactical defeat", 91 was "tactical mis-adventure" an 2019 is the year of "tactical brilliance" who knows 2020 might be "tactical breakup".

I will readily concede that cross border terrorism by heavily trained and armed terrorists, is more than what regular state law enforcement agencies are trained to handle. Which is why Army and other central forces are at the vanguard of the counter terrorism operations, operating under the cover of the most generous constitutional immunity . I don't believe that Indian constitution is so emaciated that a threat of terrorism is enough to warrant shaking it to its core.

The Punjab state issue is not comparable to J &K because of the international element and an ideological state supporting it. Punjab insurgency never had a potential to start 3 wars with another nation and to bring union to blink of unacceptable danger and cost, but J &K have. Also, Punjab police & state government did shown competency to a level and to be fair, it's the Punjab police that finished off terrorism. I am not even gonna start compare it with Asam insurgency


What needs to be finished off, has to be finished off. And no, federal union is just fine. This country created countless states and divided it without any resemblance to the word consensus of the inhabitants of that particular state. Just few years ago, Andra Pradesh was divided with a quite a few peoples dead and billions worth properties destroyed in protest.

Back then peoples of Telugana support it, rest of Andra (who is majority) oppose it since they loose power and money

Situation here is same. Jammu & Ladakh support it, valley (who make majority) oppose it since they loose power and money


Whether or not it violated constitution will be divided by the SC. As of now, it doesn't look like it did. Goverment has asked for extensive legal advise before making this decision and if it is in constitutional, it will be struck down, just like they struck down many other laws/actions.

Safety and integrity of the union & peoples is what paramount to Union goverment,not anything else.

I would like to see that "discomfort" manifesting into many new neighbors some day.

That's how common pakistani thinks. Now an educated pakistani on tv will not say something like that. But their emotions are running high so they can't control it. Andar se phoot photo kar bahar aa rha h.
That's why I shake my head at anyone who says that 'arey indian pakistani toh ek jaise hote h'

They will start after Eid and on 15th. Slowly this will gain momentum the infilterations will take plce and CFV will happen. << This is the maximum what you should expect from their military.

I am also thinking the same but since amit shah said that POK is Indian part and he will give life for that well there wont be any such thing I guess.

We have everything integrated except for POK.
 
What if Pakistanis attack the Independence day parade with missiles? That will lead to a huge number of HVT casualties. how will we respond?
You can never trust Pakistanis!

If taking weapons against the state is the only way to get prosperity for your people then it will be a dangerous path to end India. Everyone will pick up weapon to get their demand fulfilled. Instead of focusing on Pro-India people there like Dogras, Ladakhis , Gujjars and others they constantly loudly speak Kashmiri-Kashmiri.

Everyone is watching and I protest against our Government move to pamper these spoiled brats or get ready to face more spoiled brats in future all over India.

And BSF has hammered them in this Area
In Samba , Kathua Akhnoor and Sundarbani areas

IB according to Pak starts from Punjab

First of all it is a Matter related to National
Security

Then what about the Rights of Ladakhis
And Pandits and Jammu people which were
Being taken away by Sunni Muslims of Kashmir

Third did you recently see the Furore over SC
ST act

Parliament will AGAIN pass a law overturning any such stupid judgement

SC will be insulted

Fourthly , SC is only concerned with the Fundamental Rights which they call as
Basic Structure of Constitution

People all over India have welcomed this

They know this fact

They are free to call it a working boundary, but legally, even accepted by their own govt, it's the international border.

No we cant stop claiming POK because that's our territory if BJP does it they are gone. But yes there can be a new deal which will make LOC as LAC like in case of China.
Why would India help them overcome FATF? This is only then possible when you trust Pakistanis and want to counter Chinese presence there.
