Not really, just lower the vigil at LC for 1 week as assertive measure and there will be a bag full of opportunities. But India is not interested, already the current government is facing public pressure due to lethargy in government institutes.
I don't think GOI is interested, they are deceiving common people by keeping Indo pak issue alive. Or else we would have finish them in 1971 itself. The way they keep rafale purchase pit on hold also says the same thing.

I am sure Pakistan knows this as well. That's what makes this even more curious. I am not sure how they plan on containing the situation (de-escalate the situation) once IN starts pounding the living daylight out of Karachi - do they think Turkey will actually get involved and fight with India on their behalf?

Talks are already underway to export it to Armenia with degraded range to obey MTCR. If Greece is interested then it can be done. One idea will be to put a defence exhibition in that region to know what Indians have to offer.
