Given the very good relations betweend France and Turkey, it's not tomorrow that we will see a turkish UCAV flying under a Rafale supervision !!!Interesting development. Sooner rather than later , the Indonesians would want to integrate this UCAV to the Rafales I'd expect.

It is externally mounted, and no one has yet operationally or doctrinally implemented it. How can one evaluate its cost-effectiveness without it?. Even the Turkish Air Force has committed to it.It has demonstrated AAM firing capability, that's quite enough. Being a low observable design helps.
