first one looks like a ballistic test cause thw way the notam is shaped is very similar to other ballistic notams but the 2nd looks way different. Excited!
Is there some standard on how many days prior to the test, NOTAM should be issued?
7 days as defined by ICAO guidelines. But it could be lesser for emergencies..

More or Less. Those statements are made keeping a certain audience in mind. Call it provoking or trying to bolster the posture along the IB. The PA has been trying to make moves in BD and they've brought Sindh into play to let them know that they can also be streched thin.

Agree on the “not attacking” part. But as far as the investigation goes, we know what we need to know. As far as the depth of the conspiracy is concerned, there is no winning with sleeper cells. The root of issue has been identified and that need to taken care of.
At this point I am 100% sure that we are using Agni as the base system to test longer range missiles and/or payload. I found it curious when A5 suddenly got downgraded to an IRBM after the last test - so for a country that has officially tested an ICBM, you cannot simply backtrack and say we don't have ICBM capabilities any further. So there are two possibilities -
1. A variant of A5 with much higher (in terms of weight) payload was tested - what it could be is anyone's guess.
2. A newer missile system has already been tested (what whatever means) (Remember Divyastra test? Even though some claim that was a test of the MIRV - but I don't buy it - we have had MIRV for quite some time based on what I have read & heard ) which has a much longer range and fulfils our ICBM role.
Lastly, it could be another way of fuc*ing with the Chinese spy ships!

Because all perpetrators are local abduls. Pahalgam attackers had pakistani citizens directly involved with many indirectly. Why did India retalliate for Pulwama when Adil was also an Indian? Because his handlers, OGWs and other assets were pakistani citizens inside India during the attack like the guy I remember nicknamed Lamboo (relative of masood azhar) who was from pakistan and had plenty of pics of him inside pakistan before attack.
This time however, not even a single pakistani has been arrested or found in any investigation yet. Indicating that they are going to do terror attacks without any involvement of own people on Indian soil making it harder for India to justify a retalliation.
Also, we're negotiating a trade deal with USA and Netanyahu and Putin are supposed to come in a few weeks after the time the blasts happened.

I don't think you necessarily understand how many tests are required for development, user trials and maintainability as well as readiness preparations for nuclear capable ballistic missiles. USA tests Minuteman, Trident many times.
They're a nuclear capable ballistic missile, not a fckin paper towl you wipe your nose once and throw away.
You continuously need to validate your strategic missiles, test newer upgrades & techs, nuclear bombs are limited you can't produce as much as you want,
You have to continuously validate your tech, have to make sure the missile Hits the targets, it evades modern air defence, hence regular tests of strategic missiles,
So the MAD comes to play,
Also development trials & user trials are necessary for building missiles, the more the test, the more refined missile you can make,
