However I feel that in order to Show the Agility
And Maneuverability of Tejas , the Pilot pushed Himself and the Aircraft to its Extreme Limits
It is Ironical that such Air Show specific Maneuvers don't exactly matter in real life Combat Situations

Let IAF come out of this non sense Air Show with a solo aircraft. If aircraft and system promotion is the main objective let

IAF and HAL and DRDO will have to sit down and make a new list of Do's and Don'ts to prevent more accidents
Tejas accident is not just a loss of a pilot or aircraft, it gives a FREE HIT -- (A Cricketing Analogy ) ; To all the Detractors and Haters .

They hold the handle during a high-g turn in the same way they hold the handle during takeoff, so it's perfectly fine.

I never seen a picture of Tejas cockpit with handles inside?
He is performing a negative G maneuver, which will make his body feel as if it is being thrown out of the cockpit. Therefore, he is keeping his hand on the cockpit casing; in case of a positive G-force, it will push the pilot's body into his chair.
Yes but that also means none of his hands are on the controls for about 3 seconds.
His left hand is up in the air and the right hand is on his right thigh.
Right hand on center stick, not on thighs. Anyway, we can do all the assumptions. let's wait for the official investigation team to complete their task and create the report.
