Explosion near Red Fort: At least 9 dead, several injured in blast

The IB with BD and Nepal will need a better control regime. Passports irrespective of their nature of origin need to be subjected to the same rules and protocols. The entire babudom needs to upgrade its mindset when it comes to the border setup. International newspapers and actvists will not come to protect your people during times of crisis no matter how scared you are of them writing scathing reports about deporting illegals and enforcing strict border checks.

As per the report, after the Delhi attack security has been enhanced at the Indo-Nepal border.

In a dramatic turn of events that has sparked nationwide attention, two British nationals were detained in Bahraich after allegedly entering India illegally through a sensitive border point. According to initial details, local authorities intercepted the duo following suspicious movements near a restricted zone, raising pressing questions about security protocols and international travel routes.

The detained man was identified as Dr Hassan Amman Saleem (35), son of Mohammad Saleem, of Pakistan origin. His current address is listed as Manchester, United Kingdom. Sources claimed that Hassan travelled to Pakistan three times in the past three years.

The woman was identified as Dr Sumitra Shakeel Olivia (61), daughter of John Frederick, originally from Udupi, Karnataka. She is a British passport holder, with her present address in Gloucester, United Kingdom.

This is another menace. Britain didn't just fck up itself but others too.

In a major development in the Red Fort blast case, police have arrested more individuals linked to Al-Falah University as the investigation deepens. The suspects are being interrogated for possible connections to Umar Nabi, the identified bomber. Authorities are intensifying their probe into the university’s alleged role in facilitating the terror plot.

Looks like someone unpaused the news only now.. last 24 hours went calm .

Bangladesh angle is getting traction.

Btw 23rd doctor got arrested today.. 😯
Expect more people to get entangled in this web. A lot of people and various groups were involved in this operation being run out of Haryana. BD is to be expected. The radical groups there are real chummy with the PA. MEA babus were trying to patch things with the BD administration. Look what they have been upto recently. HM must ride roughshod over everyone when it comes to this investigation.

If concrete evidence is found of Bangladesh role in this.. will act of war still stand?

Kinetic action when it comes to BD is far off. I do not believe that the GoI will go to this extent post investigation. The most that you can expect from them is that they will move to FATF and use other legal means against the BD administration. This can in turn cause a fair bit of trouble for a country that is already entangled in its own crisis. If there was logistical and other operational support, there are means, that I will not discuss here, that can be utilised.

I could do some chest beating and say initiate some action against their border provinces. However, in my opinion deportations are a good way to deal with BD. Cut out the individuals who have been mooching off the Indian states. They can continue to live their merry lives in BD. I have been repeatedly reminded by the intl. media that BD is quite progressive.

Aside from this some kind of covert action can also be taken. Perhaps we can create discord within the BD adminstration. Or maybe we can fan the already burning flame further with our assets there. It's not like after the Yunus takeover with help of CIA, presence of RAW vanished from BD.

Lots of RUMINT already floating around this aspect. Fair to say that a lot of countries are interested in BD politics. Each country has its own set of expectations and priorities. Let's see how things unfold in the next few months. Not the thread to discuss BD politics so will refrain from stating more.

Our guys should try all kind of covert ops. And they probably do. But I don't think Pakistan establishment values their citizens lives as much as we do. They treat even their soldiers like expendable bunch forget about their normie citizens. Perhaps targeting a few big names would bring some fear. Like maybe assassinating Hafeez? Obviously that's not an easy thing to do. Otherwise our guys would have done that ages ago.
Even Hafiz saeed or Massod Azhar is expandable ....but yes they should be targeted to send a message . But the real target should be Pakistan Punjab, you make life hell for the all top brass of Pakistani terrorist army and their assets in punjab that would be a good deterrence . Btw, this jihadi animal Munir should not be spared , he should be humilated brutally infront of both the people and the army to deter such future fanatics trying such antics

I don't think anyone would be mad enough to mix TATP with AN. Because it's extremely unstable and if you mix a large quantity of it with Ammonium Nitrate, then Boom Boom will happen very quickly. Perhaps, detonators made with TATP were also there in the storage. Maybe those exploded starting a chain reaction.

Internal security has so many lapses. It is difficult to count at this point in time. This entire operation has been a real eye opener.

The latest from Haryana.

Section 163 (previously 144) has been imposed in Faridabad, Haryana, amid a heightened alert following the Delhi bombings. The order has been officially issued by Deputy Commissioner Vikram Singh. The police investigation has also been expanded.

Section 163 today, why not earlier?
To prevent culprit escape from scene ?
Or local people interference / prevent crossfire ?

The latter mostly. The local population there is...'volatile' and can be swayed easily to cause incidents that might interfere with the investigation that various police units are conducting. At this moment there are atleast 4 separate state police units that are present in Haryana.
