I have so many questions regarding this gun. This gun probably runs on a short-stroke piston mechanism like the M72.
The barrel looks like a ~10-inch barrel. If I remember correctly the .300 BLK round was optimized for short barrels, achieving a complete burnout by ~9 inches. So why not go even shorter? If we had some specs, we could compare it with the SiG MCX RATTLER.
The MCX comes with a 5.5-inch barrel. The M72, like most ARs have the buffer tube that goes into the buttstock. So, while extendable stocks are a given on this design, foldable stocks aren't an option. So theoretically it cannot be as short as the MCX.
.300 BLK round was optimized for suppressors. Now SSSD designs/makes their own suppressors. How do those compare with foreign brands?
