Trappier never said that there weren't any combat losses, he just said the Pakistani claim of downing 3 Rafales was false (we already knew this). Regarding any details he simply said "the Indians haven't communicated so we don't know what happened".
After some research we are to be cautious with that. There's nowhere an other source for this interview.
