Light tank atgm related. So we have seen before about decision to use the same RCI made quad controller for the REMA control actuation system that has worked fine with nag mk2 trials, also used in mpatgm and helina prob. This is a major improvement since 1 controller pcb can control the 4 actuator systems. In old gen nag, they had to use single channel controllers, and hydraulic controllers prob (not sure) because all such stuff were import dependent, hence often restricted. Old actuation system would also be heavier and 4 set for controlling the 4 bldc motors thereby increased the weight once you add the wires and connectors etc. This is one such niche case where lack of useful component hinder the weight optimisation part. NOW RCI made quad channel rotary ema controller in single pcb so given 1 kg max weight & less connectors wires etc the atgm becomes less heavy.
How floor counting works with 'precision-guided munition (PGM)'? Does it count floors from elevation view or top view? This question is residing on my mind since India's Balakot terror camp strike... 
RCI buying the thermal batteries, might be for Rudrams or TARA etc project, not sure. Normally BDL would send fully integrated R2 at this stage. R3 they do full integration themselves first. There is also DRFM based target simulator for RPF, radio proximity fuze prob.

Imo, the IAF may have used the Israeli playbook, deploying the newly-acquired ROCKS and Rampage ALBMs against heavily defended air bases like Sargodha. The strategy has paid off big time.
You'd recall that Israel used these same weapons from its F-15Is to shred Iran's S-300 batteries to bits recently. And HQ-9 is nothing more than a modernized S-300++. Other than Scalp, we've also acquired Ice Breaker stealthy ALCMs from Rafael (+license production planned). Combined with a robust AD network, this would've allowed the IAF to bat on the front foot, sending the Pakee scurrying for cover.

The hanger hits all look like textbook time critical target hits, hence ALCM use. This one, runway denial, i have no idea, maybe LORA or similar kinetic asset but air launched.

It is theoretically possible though, assuming such a mission was flown and all 4 hit the same place one after another. But this won't happen for a time sensitive mission and at least 1 of the 4 would be diverted towards one of the bunkers on the right side. SAAW is dual and quad packed. The SAT-SAAW has the ability to do this.
I am certain IAF has a small batch inducted hence BEL went on with jv. The chatter etc is for BEL to mfg those. Typical psu inner battle. BDL gets to mfg Icebreaker etc so why not BEL given they are already making Hammer. Our Govt controlled MIC is epic in this sense.
Now the question is when you already have missions flown in time bound manner, would you send one LORA unit firing from ground for just 1 target? Is it not far more prudent to have 1 brahmos do the job quickly as first strike under the same mission package ? Yes the cost effective part etc, but this is the first time they are doing serious preemptive action in 25 years.

IAI has displayed an air-launched LORA adapted for the P-8I at Aero India this year. It's possible the IAF has some of this version too. AL-LORA reportedly weighs around 2.5t, same as Brahmos-A. I can't think of any other use case (surface launch) for both services, since they already have Brahmos/Pralay/other naval AShM et all for the job.
