One thing we must do asap is that we must stop this live streaming of such mafia guys. Remember the media had covered the entire road journey of these guys from sabermati jail to Prayagraj jail. And in this case also the media was live reporting on these guys and their movement. This gave advance warning to the killers to plan and execute this murder.

Yogiji wanted to make it a media circus because he thought he'll look good parading Atiq Ahmed like a captured peacock. Because UP is lawaless it led to what would normally happen. Surely this is Yogi's fault not media's - he could have ordered media to be kept off any time he wanted.

something new has emerged. Two of the shooters are Samajvadi Party members. Atik was about to tell about his ISI connections and also of the links of samajvadi Party. It is a hit job by SP and it is also clear from the way these guys raised the jai Shri Ram slogans. It was clearly a way to recreate hindutva terror theory.

i'm not surprised that they're samajwadi party guys but I'm also convinced that the ISI link story is pepper and spice by the BJP IT cell. It is never enough for them to say they killed him becuase he was about to spill the beans on his connections with the mulayam yadav family (probably true), they have to add some nonsense about CIA/ ISI etc.

the ISI story is part of the chargesheet filed by UP police.
 
@vstol Jockey it's irrelevant whether the PM called or not, the question is why was the thread locked. You can obviously reply to the thread that the claims are bull$hit.

@Ashwin the thread was opened in national security because of the specific claim that Modi didn't know how to handle national security and allowed multiple lapses to go unchecked- including the need to transport soldiers via air was ignoed by the Defence minister.

Of course they will. Add ISI, CIA to everything. As if people don't know that ISI has nothing to offer to Indian politicians. It is a bankrupt and dumbass establishment that can't even keep it's lights on.

And the bigger truth- Forget ISI buying mulayam, mulayam can buy out all ISI. As CM of UP simply controlling the sugar mill contracts got him 100s of crores every year; what can ISI do in return? Hell he'll buy out Pakistan with his bank balance if he thinks the sugar mill contracts that Nawaz Sharief has in his hands can be controlled by him.

Apparently one of them also had Bajrang Dal links. So , as you see , it's an open & shut case. Meanwhile as per The misPrint there's a lot of underlying tension among "people belonging to the same community as Atiq " aka the peaceful community aka samudaay vishesh who're not coming out openly with their grievances regarding Atiq Ahmed's killing.

Incidentally Atiq Ahmed was a true believer of hum 5 humare 25. All his sons are in jail on one charge or another including the youngest 2 who're in juvenile custody. The only son who was out engineered the Umesh Pal murder & was despatched to meet the 72 yr old promised to him in the afterlife.

And @vstol Jockey ISI is no longer an enemy and the Kashmir issue is solved. Not because Pak had a change of mind, but because Papa Johns is opening 600 new outlets in India and making money in slow growing USA is way less appealing than in India. Where do you think the next billionaire general will make his money from?
