DSCA’s 50th anniversary was in September. There are 15,365 open FMS cases worth more than $600 billion with over 160 countries. Annual rate of about $40 billion in new FMS cases. DSCA does not get involved with negotiating offset deals attached to an FMS, but the agency has an Offset Working Group to address any issues that arise.
