If these Farm laws are so " Popular and Well supported " amongst the farmer Community , Can we expect Lakhs of Farmers TOMORROW to
Start a " Pro Farm Laws Agitation "

The thing is farmers simply want more income , either the Govt pays it OR
Let the Private Buyer pay it

part ot the problem you dont understand, when the govt is seen with ambanis & adanis it has already has lost its credibility no one will believe even if the govt gives free money. Problem with maintaining phony image without delivering is that it can cut both ways , what brought the govt to power will also bring it down as well.

The issue isn’t farm laws and its popularity but writ of the state, farm laws and every other logical reform can be flushed down the toilet.

You had an invincible, unstoppable and force to be reckoned with image, now you are just a fat balloon waiting to be punctured.

Yogi Adityanath is the need of hour. Every time there will be some or the other election and what Hindu cause is Modi serving? The Khalistanis from Canada and UK flushed in money and Propaganda and Modi had to repeal the law.

Will he also repeal Abrogation of A370 now?

Had Yogi Adityanath wouldn't be there in Uttar Pradesh I am pretty damn sure neither Mota Bhai or Patla Bhai would have been able to win the Ayodhya Verdict.

It's just a matter of time , the day Hindu realizes this that this country is not for him it will be tough for any leader to convince Hindus. If this feeling of segragation from mainland Bharat just like it happened in case of Punjab , arises among Himachalis, Tamils, Marathas, Uttarakhand then God save Bharat.

What has been evident in these protests is that the small farmer is BEHOLDEN To large farmers and the Commission agents simply because they provide them Credit ie loans easily , which the Public sector banks are unable to do so

And What is also happening is that every few years , land is getting divided due to division of family property

When small plots of land become unviable , then some farmers sell off their land to large farmers

So inspite of land reforms , we have large farmers in India who have purchased land from small farmers or even taken over their land because the small farmer could not repay their loan

So we will need to create more job opportunities in Rural India and also provide Institutional credit facilities to small farmers to break the stranglehold of large farmers

Large farmers like Tikait are themselves Businessmen who are preventing the entry of Big Corporations for their own vested interests

It is a complex situation which cannot be solved by law making alone

Smaller agri reforms need to be brought in now. But private sector entry is a must.

Sir , in case you recall , UPA faced similar protests in case of opening the Retail sector to Foreign companies and they quickly backtracked

A Course correction is much better than Policy Paralysis which UPA was accused of

PM Modi is in a hurry to leave a Legacy

All Successes and Failures lie entirely on his door

Nobody in BJP was able to say whether Farm laws will Help the BJP in UP election or not

After Amrinder met PM and The Lakhimpur incident , it was clear that the political benefit of these laws was totally unknown And uncertain

Repealing these laws AFTER loosing
UP elections would have been much more Damaging

It is the parliament which legislates and SC which interprets the law. Nothing prevents Indian parliament from forming new laws which overrides the existing laws.
SC is just an excuse for govt to escape. If SC starts legislating why do we need parliament then?

The Central Argument of the Farmers was that these laws will only Benefit
Adani and Ambani AND Frankly speaking , the Govt was unable to dispel this notion

The same thing happened with
Land Acquisition laws , which enabled the Opposition to call this Govt as " A SUIT BOOT ki Sarkar "

Perception is Everything in Politics

Why will any private individual/corporate legally take risk in a sector so fraught with populist actions and total capitulation by successive governments to mobs?

Those who are laughing right now, it will be fun to watch when they have to pay 1000 INR for 1 KG of tomatoes, meanwhile farmers will only get 15 INR. After all, middle-men will now push the boat further.

Such Middlemen can be controlled by legal means such as Stock Limits
Anti Hoarding laws and Export Bans

By the way , they can only hoard Onions because of its shelf life

And Now a days Farmers pool their resources , Hire a Tempo and bring their fruits and vegetables directly to cities

Dont think that Farmers are unaware of the middleman's tactics

LOL! Come again? "Legal"? Whats that? And you call yourself Indian? When did any Indian merchant EVER gave a damn about law? Law is worthless till it is enforced. Its the absence of restrictions that work best in India.

Anti Hoarding laws and Export Bans
Good luck!

And Wheat. And Rice. And Sugar syrup. And Pulses.

Not if there is no market in the first place. You need to enable them to sell the any business. Business take care of setting up all the ways. With APMC restriction in place, no business will setup anything.

I mean farmers make shittiest businessmen. Given that they participated in a pissing contest to blow their own foot, I can safely say they no nothing about profit.

Dont think that Farmers are unaware of the middleman's tactics
Farmers are born idiots. The current agitation shows that. Next time a farmer commits suicide, I will distribute sweets. And I see a lot of sweet distribution in future.

Obviously, You are an NRI. Go outside and bitch about India. Work against anything positive in India.

Farm laws are the perfect example.
Oh I am totally fine! If you are in India, next time you will need to pay 1000 INR for 1 KG of tomatoes, you will realise. Too bad. May be you will skip tomatoes in your food. Then you will skip rice. May be wheat?

Then you can finally join us in the Ministry of Love!
