Still doesn't answer my question. How is raad in any way equal to scalp in terms of accuracy. I have looked up at so many of Pakistani weapons and a very few of them have their cep declared..

I think until AIM-120C they used a 30mhz processor.
Only later versions have improved CPU.
Point being, now processing power is abundantly available and and anyone can use it to improve weapons. Pakistan included.

CEP is not bragging. Most countries release their values. The Americans release cep of most of their weapon and they prove their mettle. Historically Russians weapons have larger ceps resulting in bigger warheads and that also shows..

Hey, if raad has conventional varients as you mentioned earlier(i have read all post till now of this thread), then why PAF did not used it agaisnt India ??

There are only 2 possibility:
1) Pakistan does not have any actual working cruise missile for conventional role
2) Pakistan was too scared and gave escalation ladder to India ( even Iran refuses to gave escalation ladder to USA)
and even when India used Scalp and BrahMos, you people where scared that if this conflict converts into full scale war, You people will loose land hence did not escalate
btw another point is:
Pakistan PM Shabaz sharif on camera has said that you people have extremely less time to react to BrahMos henace not able to shoot it
Which proves that, brahmos trajectory is not some flat line but an inclined line where it always remain Under that altitude on which it can be detected by ground based radar.
I mean its expected from advanced missile, a flat traget of hi-hi for cruise is stupid, better to have a slde trajectory which always keep the missile below radar horizon from potential radar sites

From what i know, 1 scalp is shot down, no info about aby other interception.
And also whats the total count of Fatah 1 and fatah 2 fired by Pakistan ?(mention separately)
And is there any other weapons(except drones/loitering munitions) others than F1 and F2 used ?
Atleast i excepted some salvos of Babur cruise missile toward delhi after nur khan.
