Conceptually reminds me of the triple point for the conventional states of matter regarding pressure and temperature.

The key difference is that plasma, given its extremely high ionisation (that other states of matter do not enjoy), involves electromagnetic energy.

The further understanding of its effects (such as the theoretical limit described) at the "bounds" we are currently at.... will improve its practical use over time.
