I think it's in court already and he mentioned it, military court. If a person is beaten there will be medical reports, other people are there as witness and it stands very well in civil court, I have no idea about military courts.

Well if matter is in court let it be in courts


Military courts are not Civilians courts. They still hold intergrity today and have harsh punishment for accused if found so

Military matters are private and secretive also matter like these can seriously dent forces phycologically
And also effect the commaradree btw a officer and JCO and jawans

The core values of military is based on strict discipline and scarifice.Its not like any 9 to 5 job

If matter is subjudice as per your comment then there was not reason to vlogging this matter and making serious military affairs public

If you ask me it's a pure calculative and desperate move to put pressure on military courts and disrupt the proceedings of Military tribunal court so that it will effect there judgement
