Barak ER is an IAI effort. LR SAM and MR SAM are DRDO led efforts.

MR SAM of Army with maybe some improvements. The base Variant without the booster is said to have achieved 90+ km range.

But officially it's 70km range with 16km altitude capable MR SAM.
