If METEOR and SCALP/Storm Shadow did go ahead, It would like be with the " Joint Venture (L&T MBDA): MBDA has established a joint venture in India, L&T MBDA Missile Systems Ltd, which focuses on building indigenous capabilities in design, development, manufacturing, and integration of guided weapons"
While government to government relations are excellent , here's a good example of how people to people relationship is shaping up courtesy the French Government's very own official international media channel their editorial policies & of course native informants to carry out their agenda.

During Operation Sindoor, the French newspaper *Le Monde* (once regarded as a "newspaper of record") shamelessly echoed Pakistani narratives and even cited the chinese *Global Times* regarding the IAF's alleged heavy aircraft losses—including, of course, numerous Rafale. It is disheartening.
