Voluntary donations for India’s defense & relief fund

I don't have a PAN number and I don't want to enter wrong info on Indian government website. The site needs PAN number.
I was trying on India's Brave-heart.

PAN number is not mandatory, I did yesterday without it in National Defense Fund. You only need a online net banking of listed banks in National Defense Fund website. Please let us know if any assistance is required. Thank you.
 
One needs to mention, Name, complete address (for donation receipt delivery I guess), city, zip code/pincode, country, email Id and mobile number. Thank you
 
I was going for Bharat ke Veer because I felt that it was going directly to our martyrs. There it was mandatory. I don't mind how but so long money goes to martyrs, I am content. I don't have a bank account in India anymore but I can co-ordinate with someone of my family in India to route the funds.
