during bidens regime there was a Indian-origin official who came to India and threatened there will be severe consequences to India during his press conference. These ppl will be more loyal than the king. Unfortunately there is tendency in India to pander to these type of ppl. India needs to put its foot down and treat them just like other foreign nationals. US concerns are partially correct. They had offered us cutting edge techs which we don't get from Russia, they only asks of not to buy oil & weapons from Russia. Its natural for anyone to demands such things from a partner nation not to buy weapon from opposite block. Just like if tomorrow Armenia start buying weapkns from Pakistan, we will also do similar things.
