Dassault is probably anxious to fly a team down to India as early as possible to verify whether we really lost 1/2/3 Rafale. Just like LM did for the Pakistanis. It has billions of $$ worth of future orders at stake.

The 2 cylinders are too small to be from the MKI's engines. The people there are too big in comparison. Even after a crash, the aircraft will still be taller than the people around. So they look like they are part of the RD-33 engine's inlet.
where is the pilot and rest of the wreackage? While I do see the tail part resembling the rear of a con-Di nozzle, but there are no turbines with it. You very well know how a jet engine looks like and in crash of an aircraft, turbines nearly remain intact.
After observing this situation, my opinion is that the Rafale is operating without Meteor and AWACS, while the J-10CE with PL-15 is using Saab 200/ZDK-03. They are greatly advantaged in this situation, and this is a neglence of IAF (if this assumption is true)
I google searched this pic and it clearly says that it is from Akhnoor where an aircraft was shot down. We have very clear videos of Akaash being used on Pak Fighters in that sector. Plus Mig/Su do not use MB ejection seats.
