Agencies are functioning how they always have. Does the Central Govt use agencies for their political benefit? Obviously, but BJP is hardly the pioneer of that...in fact the use of agencies toward political ends is much less now than under UPA in 2004-14.

It was a nice way to regularize political funding, so that records are available for investigators if & when needed. It's strange that this happens all the time in the US (Super PACs) yet no one bats an eye. But if we do it, oooh it is corruption.

But now thanks to the decision by SC in its all-knowing wisdom to make it all retroactively public, now we'll be going back to the old system where all the funds are black and nobody knows who's funding who.

Actually both Indian Congress party as well as AAP are relatively honest. The spate of wild false allegations are coming because of advisors and sponsors across the border.
