France Ministry of Justice today announced that they will accept Rojava authorities judgments on French citizens.
The USA announced contemporaneous that they will begin to build a diplomatic mission in Rojava and help to open Raqqa airport for civil traffic.

Non confirmed sources in Social Media claim that Russia and the USA already agreed that the border will be Euphrates River.

France: Daesh foreign fighters can be tried by Kurds in Syria
US to build airport for PKK terrorists in Syria’s Raqqa

So , will we see an independent enclave for Kurds in Syria ?

There exists already an autonomous area in Iraq, which is anchored in Iraqi constitution.
The topic is related to Syria.
IMO the Rojava area could ignite severe clashes between Arabs and others there.
It could be wise to keep Syrias's territorial integrity as it is in Iraq.
I'm sorry . I meant Syria. What you are quoting clearly states a de facto state for the Kurds has come into being with US & Russian blessings in Syria . Add another such de facto state for the Kurds in Iraq. What's going to be Turkey's reaction ? Are we going to see renewal of hostilities on a massive scale between the Turkish state and the PKK? Are the Turks going to push the Kurds into Syria &/ or Iraq ?

All this certainly doesn't portend well for future peace in those parts including Turkey .

Very difficult to predict Turkey's reaction at this moment. The PKK terror organization is marginized in Turkey and same will happen in Iraq soon. Turkey is preparing a "buffer zone" to North Iraq. Cause the geopgraphy is too difficult to build a wall there.
The second greatest wall on earth between Syria and Turkey is almost completed, it will be patrolled and secured with electronic equipment and autonomous weapon stations. Between Iran and Turkey a similar wall is also almost completed.
Iraq and Turkey already decided to bypass autonomous Kurdish areas and export Iraqi oil from Mossul and Kirkuk through a new pipeline to Turkish port Mersin. In Syria there is only a huge fruitful area in the North in Rojava, South is desert. There are some oil fields at DEZ, the only important oil fields Syria has.
Both landlocked enclaves in Syria and Iraq will have a hard future. If you take in consideration that the majority of Syrian Kurds who are on the side of YPG/PKK are Stalinistic and their number increases, we can expect not peaceful coexistence with the majority of Arabs.

Ah yes, the good old Turkish standard where YPG/PKK are terrorists, and ISIS aren't. This thread is pre-approved by Caliph Erdogan yes?

Sounds good. Now that that's settled, when can we start sending the refugees back?

There was a heavy debatte in British Parliament last week. British Minister pointed that they know YPG is affiliated with PKK and also dominated by PKK.

UK expresses concern over links between PKK, YPG

Fighting ISIS is the same as fighting for ISIS. National laws forbid private persons to fight in foreign countries. To circumvent this USA founded former Blackwater now Academi, they get official asset protection jobs from US Gov. for foreign assets.
Same is Russian WAGNER group.
Here an other commie Brit who is dreaming to spread the "Revolution on the Globe".

"YPG's Gifford: We will spread the message of Kurdish revolution After the defeat of ISIS in Raqqa the internationalist movement's mission is to spread the message of Kurdish revolution all the around the world, @macergifford , an internationalist fighter for YPG said."

This tells me everything I needed to know, can't say I'm totally surprised, but wow. And why shouldn't they spread the message of the Kurdish people after what Syria, Iraq, Iran and Turkey do to them?

BS, they're no threat to the West, the threat to the west is from Islamofascists like ISIS and their backers like Erdogan.

Huge operation will begin within the next hours against terrorists in Afrin, as agreed with Russia and Iran.

Euphrates Shield Forces&Free Syrian Army (FSA) is on alert and waiting for the order to launch offensive on Afrin

And warning was issued :

"Despite everything, we believe we have common interests in the region with the US, and we hope we can move together. We hope the US won't be in the same picture with terror groups during our Afrin operation."
